Gabriele's move update..soon to close escrow
I guess I should have posted the process along the way, but thinking back, it would have been depressing..so I guess that is why no posts. It took us four trys on three separate houses to finally get an escrow that looks like it will stick. As long as there are no unforeseen issues, we are supposed to sign papers today, and at the least do the final walk though. If that all happens, then we should close on Friday. I am not holding my breath though, since there is no word from anyone yet this morning.
Anyway, it has been a busy time with dealing with finding a house, and all that goes with that. We did manage to get away on weekends and have had some fun times, and some not so fun times...but now we are tired and ready to settle to a normal life. Most of all, getting to a more normal diet than all this eating out business...but that is another blog. Anyway, I can say, there is a studio, stand along, separate from the house, 22x22, but needs some windows, has florescent lighting, and high ceilings among other things. I will post the before picts, and the development along the way to a functioning space.
