"Temecula Valley Aerial"
Wine and Balloon Festival 2003 18x24 Acrylic on Illustration Board SOLD This painting is my entry for the Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival Poster contest. I wanted the feel of a wine bottle label with the vignette of the balloons flying over the Temecula Valley and Lake Skinner anchored on a bed of vines tangling themselves up into the trees. The result was a striking scene with vibrant color. I wonder if someone will recognize their balloons! This painting won the Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival Poster contest!
